Union Township Residents
Full Service Cards
Photo identification and current proof of address is required for all adult patrons (aged 18 and older) before a card can be issued. Please bring a driver’s license, valid passport, employee photo ID, school photo ID, or any valid government photo ID AND a regularly received piece of mail, such as a current utility bill, valid motor vehicle registration or other proof of address to the library when you apply for your card. A post office box is not sufficient. The Library Card is valid for 3 years and can be renewed by providing current updated ID information. A valid email address is required when applying for a library card.
Patrons under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to be present and to produce proof of their current address in order to issue a card to the child. Parents or guardians are responsible for all materials their child borrows and must sign the application for minors. Guardians must provide proof of guardianship.
This card can be used to check out physical material and download digital resources from the library.
