Summer Kickoff Carnival

Join us for a special Summer Kickoff Carnival on Thursday, June 24 from 2 to 4pm at the Main Library. Learn about our Summer Reading Program, sign up and pick up a welcome gift, and have fun! This program will be held outside on the library grounds. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors.

Beginners Flow Yoga

Virtual Event

This class will lead you through the foundations of yoga postures, body awareness and alignment, relaxation of the mind and a connection with the breath. You will learn how to improve muscle strength, promote flexibility, and build your own yoga program specific for your mind and body.

Outdoor Storytime

Spend time in the great outdoors, listening to stories and singing some fun songs led by Miss Justine! This program will take place on the lawn between the library and town hall. Please bring a towel or blanket to sit on. All ages welcome. Please register in advance, so we can get in touch if the storytime will be held virtually on UPL's YouTube channel due to inclement weather. *NOTE: Only one sign up per family, please!*

Afternoon Gaming: Among Us

Who is the imposter? Can you stop them before they destroy the spaceship and all your crewmates?! Join us to play the popular online co-op game, Among Us! The game is free to download from the app store on your smart phone or tablet. Please download it before joining the event. Be sure to open Zoom on a computer and play on your phone in order to avoid technical difficulties. Best suited for ages 8-18. Meet a Seeing Eye Dog

Learn about the training and tasks involved in preparing dogs to guide individuals who are blind, plus meet a canine student! Presented by The Seeing Eye, a non-profit organization that provides specially bred and trained guide dogs. This program will take place on the lawn between the library and town hall. Please bring a towel or blanket to sit on. For ages 7 and up. Registration required, so we can get in touch if the program is postponed due to inclement weather. The rain date is Monday, 7/12 at 6:00 PM.
