Adult Zentangle Art Class

In a one-hour Zentangle class with Mimi Topping, you will learn the building blocks for all patterns and the techniques involved in creating Zentangle art. You will experience first-hand the relaxing benefits of this art-form and create a beautiful ‘tile’ consisting of four or more patterns. All materials will be provided. Taking Off the Mask- Breaking the Stigma of Mental Illness

How does aging impact your mental health? What does wellness mean? How can I take care of myself? The Mental Health Players will perform some of these issues and then turn to the group for an interactive session. This program will be presented at the Union Township Senior Center at 652 Rahway Avenue. Pre-registration not necessary. British Invasion: Love Songs

The Beatles were all about romance -- from I Want to Hold Your Hand to All You Need is Love – as were many from the British Invasion. Tom Jones, the Troggs, Procol Harum, and the Rolling Stones all made their marks in affairs of the heart. Join Chuck Granata, (author, music historian, and Project Director/Producer at Sony Music Entertainment), who will share his personal stories about the bands and some of their greatest hits.

Wobblers & Walkers Storytime
