Are you in search of gentle exercise to improve your health and fitness? “TAI-CHI” will teach you how to relax, keep fit and be healthy! Tai-Chi is a form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise and meditation that uses slow sets of body movements and controlled breathing. Tai-Chi improves balance, flexibility, muscle strength and overall health. Join instructor, Barry Galitzer for a 8-week course. This series will meet every Wednesday from 12:30 – 1:30 pm at the Vauxhall Branch Library, beginning July 6th and ending August 24th. Registration is required and will close after the max is reached. Class max is 8 individuals. All participants are encouraged to wear comfortable attire and sneakers.
