Are you in search of gentle exercise to improve your health and fitness? “TAI-CHI” will teach you how to relax, keep fit and be healthy! Tai-Chi is a form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise and meditation that uses slow sets of body movements and controlled breathing. Tai-Chi improves balance, flexibility, muscle strength and overall health. Please wear clothes & shoes that offer freedom of movements.
