Join Pearl Observatory to view and learn more about the annular eclipse. During this time, the Moon is further away from the Earth during its orbit (apogee) and partially covers the Sun, so most people in North America will witness a partial solar eclipse!
This program will take outside at the Vauxhall Branch Library, rain or shine, and is best suited for children ages 5 and up, teens, and adults. Please register in advance so we can contact you in case of cancellation.
If you lead a community group or institution (including, but not limited to: scout troops, camps, after-school groups, daycare centers) and would like to take part in this program, please contact kids@uplnj.org to discuss how UPL can best accommodate your needs.
