Chronic stress negatively affects physical and mental health. Stress comes from multiple sources, including work; money, health, and relationship worries; and media overload. With so many sources, it can be difficult to find time to relax and disengage. In this workshop Cara Maksimow, LCSW will give you the tools to identify emotions, positively cope with life stressors, and develop practical habits to improve well-being.
