Newark based Zawadi African Dance and Drum will be doing a half hour performance consisting of drum and dance that will showcase the history of Africa and reconnect attendees with the ancient culture.

Please join us as Queen Mother Imakhu leads attendees on a lively talk sharing how Africans throughout the diaspora have created an inspiring legacy of achievements based on the power of the Seven Principles, mapping out a positive future. Queen Mother Imakhu will also be performing on drums and audience participation is encouraged.
